SF Bay Area - The first of the Walters & Wolf family of companies, Northern California began its existence in 1977. After 36 years of combined experience in the glass industry, Randy Wolf and John Walters merged their respective resources to create Walters & Wolf Glass Company.,

Two successful years later, Walters & Wolf acquired Hart Glass Company, adding equipment and experienced personnel to the rapidly growing company. Continued expansion necessitated another move in December of 1981 to a larger 50,000 square foot facility.

After eight years of controlled growth, Walters & Wolf once again required a change. Thus, in December of 1985, the company moved its headquarters to its current location in Fremont, California. This facility consists of an 110,000 square foot complex including warehouse space, a production facility and two office buildings. This complex also includes an on-site laboratory capable of conducting seismic, dynamic, static water and air testing. Also maintained in Fremont is Walters & Wolf's own fleet of trucks and equipment, enabling the company control of the material leaving the production facility.

Walters & Wolf's in-house staff includes a design and engineering department, estimating staff, and project management teams. Together this network of skilled personnel handles a large variety of projects ranging from small office buildings and tenant improvements to high-rise curtain wall projects. Years of combined experience in detailing and design have enabled Walters & Wolf to complete many unique and unusual projects incorporating custom curtain wall, window wall, metal panels and stone. The company has also remained highly competitive in the low to medium rise market due to its progressive attitude toward every job.
