During your 8 week internship you will have the opportunity to work with a Senior Estimator and a Project Manager in one of our many projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. You will also be exposed to hands on training in our Shop and Field operations.

Timeline - 2 weeks in each dept

Sales Department

• Attend weekly Sales meetings
• Generate bid proposals
• Meet with General Contractors

Project Management

• Attend weekly Project Management meetings
• Review project specifications, manuals and drawings
• Attend labor monitor meeting
• Produce submittals, RFI’s and change orders

Shop Operations

• Fabrication
• Assembly

Field Operations

• Jobsite visits
• Participate in weekly safety meeting
• Attend weekly subcontractors meeting
• Attend weekly Field manpower meetings

What we are looking for in a candidate

We are looking for a responsible, self motivating individual who has a sense of urgency and drive to succeed.

Potential candidates are:

• Students currently enrolled at a 4-year college
• Majoring in Construction Management and Engineering
